Complex network configurations require expert server management available at a moment’s notice ‘round the clock. Z4’s highly skilled server load balancer management team is available 24x7 to support your specialized deployment. Basic management comes included with all of our server load balancer offerings.
Basic Management Includes:
- Configure and provision device/service
- 24x7 uptime monitoring with planned reactions
- On–demand upgrades and patch management
- 10 VIPs per server hosted at Z4 unless otherwise listed
- Modify server load balancer policies (VIPs, distribution methods, health checks)
Additional Management Services Available:
- GSLB Configuration, including 3rd party devices — $300 setup
- High Availability / Redundancy Configuration — $300 setup
- Requires two dedicated devices
